On a single family residence, the appraiser observes the interior and exterior of the improvement.  They also observe the site it is on and any additional buildings, garages, etc.

The process normally takes 30 to 45 minutes. 

The client can expedite the process by having the following available:
  • Copy of deed or tax ticket.
  • Blueprints, survey or plat map, drowing of floor plan of the house or improvement.
